Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: March 1, 2026 | Last Reviewed: March 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Framework

Samalanah Collection ("The Company") operates a strictly transactional email infrastructure. The transmission of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or "spam" is explicitly prohibited. Our routing nodes are provisioned solely for the delivery of SLA-bound notifications, billing receipts, and programmatic alerts related to the "Samalanah Rewards" and "Subscribe & Save" operations.

Any authorized workspace found dispatching bulk marketing campaigns, cold outreach, or affiliate promotions will face immediate API revocation and port suspension without prior notice.

2. Mandatory Consent & Double Opt-In (DOI)

All email addresses processed through our MTA (Message Transfer Agent) must be acquired through legitimate, documented channels:

  • Transactional Exception: Communications confirming a transaction, password reset, or shipping update do not require marketing consent but must strictly pertain to the user's initiated action (Contractual Necessity under GDPR Article 6).
  • Account Creation: All new account registrations require a cryptographic Double Opt-In (DOI) verification before the profile is activated.
  • Prohibited Sources: The use of purchased, scraped, rented, or co-registered third-party email lists is a critical violation of this AUP.

3. Prohibited Content Payload

In addition to strict anti-spam measures, payloads must not contain:

  • Content that violates UK, EU, or US data protection and anti-spam legislation (including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and PECR).
  • Phishing vectors, malware, or deceptive routing headers.
  • Marketing promotions disguised as transactional receipts.

4. Authentication & Deliverability Protocols

All outbound infrastructure traffic must conform to modern authentication standards. The system enforces mandatory 2048-bit DKIM signing, strict SPF alignment, and DMARC policies set to p=reject. Operators attempting to bypass header authentication will trigger automated firewall blocks.

5. Abuse Reporting & Compliance Contact

For ISPs, Postmasters, or users wishing to report abuse originating from our infrastructure, please escalate the telemetry logs and full email headers to our security desk.
